Citizens National Bank Achieves Customizable Core, Mobile Banking Technology through Partnership with CSI


In order to better meet the technology expectations of its customers, Cheboygan, Mich.-based Citizens National Bank has selected Computer Services, Inc. (CSI (News - Alert)) (OTCQX: CSVI), a provider of end-to-end financial technology solutions, as its new technology provider. Citizens National recently implemented CSI's NuPoint® core solution, and the bank plans to expand customers' online banking capabilities by deploying additional CSI solutions, including a branded mobile banking app.

While CSI's robust solution offerings played a key role in the bank's decision to work with the core provider, Citizens National Bank executives specifically reference CSI's hands-on approach to business and similar company values as leading factors in their decision to partner with the technology provider.

The bank also has future plans to develop a virtual branch using CSI solutions, including CSI mobile banking solutions and NuFund, a platform that allows customers to open accounts online through a simple Web-based process.



Additionally, as a result of its implementation of NuPoint, Citizens National Bank can now focus on creating additional efficiencies by dedicating more employees toward enhancing the customer experience.
