Cloud Data Protection Provider Taps LiveOps Platform for Technical Support

LiveOps, a company focused on cloud contact center and customer service solutions, announced that a provider of cloud-based data backup solutions has chosen to deploy LiveOps Platform with salesforce.com integration for their customer service and technical support infrastructure.

LiveOps added it was awarded the contract after competing against three contact center brands. LiveOps stood above the competition because of its integration with salesforce.com via Open CTI. Unlike other solutions, LiveOps brings together the complete contact center functionality, multichannel capabilities and social customer service into the salesforce.com instance.
