Callcap Announces Partnership with Alphapointe for Call Analysis

Wichita, KS, Mar 29, 2013 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Callcap, the premiere call tracking and evaluation service in North America, has signed a contract that will create many career-focused jobs for employees of Alphapointe, the largest employer of people who are blind or vision impaired in the state of Missouri. As Callsurance Analysts, the Alphapointe employees will work with an interactive web interface customized by Callcap to accommodate their visual needs. They will listen to and evaluate the recorded telephone interactions of Callcap clients and their customers, and report on successes and areas for employee improvement based on provided client criteria.
