AlarmForce Announces Declaration of Dividend

TORONTO, ONTARIO, Jan 17, 2013 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- AlarmForce Industries Inc. (TSX:AF) announced today that its Board of Directors have declared a cash dividend of $0.025 per share payable on February 20, 2013 to all shareholders of record at the close of business on January 31, 2013.

For Canadian resident shareholders, this dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for purposes of the enhanced dividend tax credit rules contained in the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any corresponding provincial and territorial tax legislation.

AlarmForce provides security alarm monitoring, personal emergency response monitoring and video systems to residential and commercial subscribers throughout Canada and selected centers across the United States.
