Analogic Corporation to Webcast Annual Stockholders' Meeting

PEABODY, Mass., Jan 15, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Analogic Corporation (Nasdaq:ALOG), enabling the world's medical imaging and aviation security technology, announced today that the Company's Annual Stockholders' Meeting, to be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. ET, will be webcast live with presentations in listen-only mode. Jim Green, president and CEO, and Edward Voboril, chairman of the board, will host the meeting. Jim Green and Mike Levitz, senior vice president and CFO, will give presentations on fiscal 2012 highlights, the Company's business strategy and outlook, and the recently announced agreement to acquire Ultrasonix Medical Corporation.
