Once the Top 50 was determined based on this quantitative data, a qualitative survey was conducted at each office site, with Brill Street considering the enthusiasm of Gen Y employees for working at the company, enthusiasm of company leadership for Gen Y, overall environment and the percentage of the workforce comprised of Gen Y.
