Aspect Software Introduces Frank Smith as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Smith comes to Aspect after serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Booz Allen Hamilton where he operated as Co-Chair of the CIO Leadership Council which guides the priorities and investments regarding that firm's technology infrastructure. Prior to that, he served as global CIO at Capgemini Ernst & Young in Paris, where he was responsible for the organization's application, global infrastructure, and information security programs.
