Freeport-McMoRan (FCX) Breaks Through Support at $33.53

Dec 21, 2012 (SmarTrend(R) News Watch via COMTEX) -- Freeport-McMoRan (NYSE:FCX) has opened bearishly below the pivot of $33.89 today and has reached the first level of support at $33.53. Should the shares continue to fall, the support pivots of $33.09 and $32.29 will be of interest.

Freeport-McMoRan (NYSE:FCX) has potential upside of 26.9% based on a current price of $33.41 and analysts' consensus price target of $42.41. The stock should run into initial resistance at its 200-day moving average (MA) of $36.61 and subsequent resistance at its 50-day MA of $38.25.
