IAB chief quits for role with Nielsen

Dec 11, 2012 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) CEO Paul Fisher has resigned to join audience measurement company Nielsen as MD of its Asian, Middle East and African media business. IAB chairman Mark Britt is disappointed Fisher is leaving. Australian online advertising was worth $A1.5bn annually when Fisher joined IAB as CEO in 2008 and more than $A3bn as at June 2012.
