Major Gurtam Partner Conference Takes Place in Belarus

Minsk, 4.12.2012-November 21-24 in the hotel complex, "Westa," situated not far from Minsk, the main Gurtam partner conference took place, dedicated to the company's 10th anniversary. This year, more than 130 GPS/GLONASS-tracking professionals from different countries, including Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Germany, the Netherlands and even Honduras, participated in the event.

 

The official part of the conference started with a ceremonial awarding of partner certificates by Aliaksei Shchurko, general manager of Gurtam. Further reports of the conference were also brought to the attention of the audience. Aliaksei Shchurko summarized the results of the year 2012 and announced further Gurtam development strategy. Aliaksandr Kuushynau, chief marketing and sales officer, presented the company partner program for the year 2013, and Denis Strakh, head of Development Department, spoke about Gurtam software products development. 

 

Other specialists of the company made presentations about working with partner network, as well as introduced new tools of Wialon GPS-tracking system and their possible applications.

 

The distinctive feature of the conference, "Telematics 2012. Anniversary," was the exhibition of equipment manufacturers and Wialon-based software solution developers. This year, Gruzolot, UltraNavigation, Autolocator, BCE (News - Alert), Standard, Pointer Telocation, Ruptela, Omnicomm, SCOUT and Escort introduced their new products.

 

All participants could enjoy a diverse entertainment program. During the gala-dinner in honor of Gurtam 10th anniversary, the award ceremony for the best partners of 2012 was held.

 

Summarizing the results of the conference, Aliaksei Shchurko thanked all the partners for effective cooperation and contribution, paid by everyone to the development of the common business.
