Reflexis Named Top Workforce Management Software Company in Customer Satisfaction by Retailers

Reflexis announced that retailers have rated it above all other workforce management software companies in numerous customer service categories in the annual RIS News Software LeaderBoard.
According to a release, in addition to being rated in the top 10 overall in more than 20 breakout customer satisfaction categories in this year's report, Reflexis received the #1 ranking for Targeted Solution Vendor, a category that factors in company revenue, product offering, and customer satisfaction.
