Huawei unveils touch screen Android smartphones in Pakistan

(Flare (Pakistan) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Huawei the worlds second biggest company in telecom sector launched these smartphones in a launching ceremony "Beauty Meets Brains" with the official distributor AirLink Communication. The chief guest of the ceremony was Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan, while the then Secretary IT * and Telecom Farooq Ahmad Awan was also present Huawei has introduced five touch screen Android smartphones in Pakistan and the launching event held at Royal Palms lahore. it was a launch event mainly for disi.ributnrs and retailers.

The models a ye Ascend P1, U8860 Honor, U8850 Vision, Ascend G300, Ascend Y200.

The phones were fiNt unveiled one by one, and then all the five were shown tcgether by models, the eveift ended wilh an awesome performace by Ali Annul Azmat and Humaira Arshad. The chief guest of the ceremony was Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan, Former Secretary IT and Telecom Farooq Ahmad Awan, AirLink Communication Chairman Shun kat I lavat Paracha, Huawei CEO Pakistan Mr. Geng Siuteng Google County Cons ii Ltn iii Badar, Qual cummunication, Pakistan and Afghanistan Director Asad Inayat and CACF Chairman Khalid Khan. Farooq Ahmed Awan appreciated Huawei for not only bringing the business but also providing awareness of 3G technology to the people of Pakistan. He also promised that 3 technology will be available at the end of this year.

With Huwaei's five handsets introduced in Pakisatan, the smartphone shopper now has more choices in a market dominated by names like Samsung, HTC and Apple. The Chinese manufacturer, we believe has great potential to tap in on the smartphone market with affordable phones and reliable after sales services.
