Only 37% of Small Business Communicators Monitor Conversations on a Daily Basis

NEW YORK, Sept. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Most PR professionals and marketers would agree that the key to maintaining relevant online conversations and ultimately an engaged following is listening, but in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-channel environment, listening - and responding quickly - can pose a challenge, even to the most seasoned professionals.

The findings show that only 37% of small businesses monitor conversations daily and a mere 3% reported that they don't do any monitoring.
