NeoMedia adds social media integration to NeoReaderAug 29, 2012 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- Mobile barcode management solutions provider NeoMedia Technologies Inc (OTCBB:NEOM) announced on Tuesday the latest upgrade to its mobile barcode reader application, NeoReader. Enhancements in the new version include social media integration with Facebook and Twitter, in-app browsing and enhanced barcode scanning capabilities. Users will be able to share more information with their online networks and also share the NeoReader application itself, encouraging friends to download and try it out, NeoMedia said. NeoReader is currently installed on approximately 25m devices. It is available to download free of charge from all major app stores, including the Apple App Store, Google Play, Nokia Ovi Store, BlackBerry App World and Windows Marketplace.
