Drishti: Omaxe Selects Ameyo

Jul 12, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Drishti announced Omaxe selected Ameyo as its technology provider.

In a release, Anubhav Chaturvedi, Head of Customer Interface Group at Omaxe said: "We were looking for a dynamic and robust technology platform that would primarily increase our customer reach. It would also have to automate the entire process so that we could improve employee efficiency. This would need timely data logging and categorizing of calls on predetermined parameters as required by our process.

"Ameyo enabled us to improve our sales strategy to deliver significant increase in our business productivity. The key advantage was the solution's capability of automation and information management. Above all, it was a flexible and responsive tool according to our business needs." The firm now benefits from the IVR and voiceblast features of the solution which provides agent-less interaction for customers of Omaxe. Internal functions such as marketing, payment confirmation and payment reminder documentation are also serviced by the Ameyo solution.
