BathPanels.co.uk's Ongoing Success Continues...

The previous record sale figure was set back in July 2012 when the company received 30% more orders than their average monthly sales. Why is this website so popular? Well, one can but guess and say it’s to do with their large, extensive variety of quality bath panels at affordable prices; whilst others might presume it’s because they’re linked in with the Plumbworld network. The only thing that’s for certain is that BathPanels are rinsing the competition in this niche.

What did employees at the company have to say about this sales record? Scott Morris, Marketing Manager, one of the people responsible for all these sales was happy to provide an insight on this. “We’ve been putting a lot of effort into this website since the start of 2012 as we were optimistic about beating our sales last year; so far, it’s going better than we had planned. There’s been an influx in sales on storage bath panels for some strange reason and we literally have no idea why. Maybe people are hiding dead bodies away in there, I’m sure there’s a more obvious and less gruesome reason though.” Scott continued; “Over the last couple of months we’ve been trialling some new, innovative internet marketing techniques, and by the looks of things, it has paid off; either that or this is a huge coincidence. We were up by 17% on our first quarterly figures compared to last years and our 2nd quarter figures should increase even more... we’ll keep you updated”.

It definitely sounds as if Scott and the marketing team have got their thinking caps screwed on tight for 2012.

BathPanels.co.uk is a sub-site of Plumbworld; one of the UK’s largest online bathroom retailers. Both sites operate on the Plumbworld network which currently boasts an astonishing 50+ websites; selling everything from Paslode nailers and toilet seats to walk in shower enclosures and leaf blowers. Plumbworld was an early pioneer of online trading, started by James and Anita Hickman in 1999 and sold to the Grafton Group PLC in December 2006. The business now employs more than 50 people in its purpose built warehouse and offices and has a total turnover in excess of £18 million and is growing at more than 20% year on year.
