TDAzlan launches exclusive online Product Selector for Cisco SMB partners

In doing so it enables resellers with little or no experience of the Cisco product line to offer enhanced levels of service to smaller businesses and new Cisco customers.

This exclusive tool makes it simple for resellers to find the Cisco products they need by responding to a series of questions about the customer's requirements. It navigates the reseller though all the options available from Cisco's wide range of switches, routers, security solutions, wireless access points and IP phones. The Azlan Cisco Product Selector is fully integrated into Computer 200's InTouch online system, so orders can be placed immediately, in the normal way, with a single click of a mouse.

All resellers need to access and use the tool is a valid InTouch account. Computer 2000's industry-leading InTouch ecommerce portal provides resellers with access to real-time stock and pricing information, comprehensive order and account management, as well as and a range of innovative configuration and selling tools.

The Cisco Product Selector has been developed by Azlan in response to feedback from partners. Earlier this year, it announced the extension of its comprehensive configure-to-order (CTO) services to cover Cisco's Computing System (UCS) range of data centre solutions.

Azlan was recently named Cisco's Collaboration Distribution Partner of the Year 2011 for EMEA, in recognition of its achievements in engaging with value-added resellers and enabling them to take the vendor's leading Unified Communications, Collaboration, and TelePresence solutions to market.

While the Product Selector is available only for Cisco SMB products at the present time, Azlan plans to extend the functionality to additional products and architectures in the near future.
