BroadSoft Named Finalist in CTIA's Second Annual BIG Idea Contest

(NASDAQ: BSFT) today announced it was named one of five finalists in CTIA's second annual BIG Idea Contest for being the mobile industry's newest and most innovative concepts focused on improving the way we live, work and play. BroadSoft will make a brief presentation Tuesday, May 8 at 2:00 p.m. CDT on the Exhibit Innovations Stage, Booth 4575 at International CTIA WIRELESS, taking place May 8-10, 2012 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans.

Almost 10,000 mobile industry professionals voted online to choose the five BIG Idea finalists out of nearly 25 submissions. BroadTouch Business Communicator™ is a full unified communications experience that will enable service providers to transform the way individuals communicate by making voice, video, business directories, call logs, instant messaging and presence available on a single interface that spans a user's mobile devices and platforms, including Windows, Mac, iOS and Android. Business Communicator was the top vote receiving finalist.

The five BIG Idea finalists will present their ideas, visions and concepts to a live voting audience. The top three submissions with the most votes will be the winners of the CTIA WIRELESS BIG Idea Contest. All of the BIG Idea submissions may be viewed at www.ctiashows.com/awards.
