New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission Issues April 23 Secretarial Letter

(Targeted News Service Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) CONCORD, N.H., April 23 -- The New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission issued the following Secretarial Letter: April 23, 2012 Karen Fehrman Manager-Regulatory Compliance & Tariffs TDS Telecom 525 Junction Road Madison, WI 53717 Re: DT 12-076, Tariff Revisions for VoIP/PSTN Traffic Hollis Telephone Company, Kearsarge Telephone Company, Merrimack County Telephone Company and Wilton Telephone Company Dear Ms. Fehrman: On March 26, 2012, TDS Telecommunications, Inc. (TDS) submitted tariff filings to establish a process for identifying and rating VoIP/PSTN access traffic for four of its operating companies: Wilton Telephone Company, Hollis Telephone Company, Merrimack County Telephone Company and Kearsarge Telephone Company. Following discussions with Commission Staff, TDS submitted a revision to this filing on April 4, 2012, extending the deadline for wholesale customers to report their initial VoIP percentages.
