Fitch to Rate SLM Student Loan Trust 2012-3; Presale Issued

Fitch Ratings expects to rate SLM Student Loan Trust 2012-3, student loan-backed notes as follows:

--$1,214,500,000 floating rate class A notes 'AAAsf (EXP)'; Outlook Negative;

--$37,605,000 floating rate class B notes 'A+sf (EXP)'; Outlook Stable.
