Acumatica Names Stijn Hendrikse as Chief Marketing Officer

Apr 13, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Acumatica, a provider of Cloud ERP software, announced the naming of Stijn Hendrikse as its new Chief Marketing Officer, effective April 2nd.

In a release, the company noted that Hendrikse joins Acumatica from Microsoft-Redmond, where he served as Senior Director leading Microsoft's worldwide marketing in the Small and Medium Business segment. He led Microsoft's global ISO standardization of its Office document formats and was responsible for several aspects of its Office and Office 365 product marketing. At Acumatica Stijn will oversee the Sales and Marketing of its cloud-based software together with Acumatica's solution partners.

Acumatica said Hendrikse's career spans more than 20 years in the software business. He led Microsoft's Public Sector Sales and built its Consulting Services in the Netherlands. Before that he held several executive positions at smaller European IT companies.

"Stijn will help us accelerate our success by ramping up sales, increasing market awareness, and building our presence in the ERP software space." Acumatica is a provider of ERP and Accounting solutions that are completely web based and can be deployed on-premise, hosted in a cloud datacenter, or purchased as a turnkey SaaS solution. Acumatica delivers its software through hundreds of solution partners and also sells its products through several large ERP OEM partners like Visma in Europe.
