IT Provider CRU Solutions Offers Free Webinar "Understanding IT Risks"

Cleveland, OH, Apr 12, 2012 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Cleveland IT services provider CRU Solutions is offering a free webinar for small business owners and IT decision-makers, "Understanding IT Risks," on Thursday, April 19 at 2 p.m. EDT. The webinar will be presented by Jim Kerr, President of CRU Solutions.

Attendees will learn about the need for Internet usage and social media policies, securing business and client data, and how mobile devices impact risk. In addition, attendees will receive tips they can use right away to help reduce IT risk in their businesses.

Many small business owners may not realize that most IT risks pose serious business risks as well. Among the most common risks are data loss related to hardware failure, employee error, or theft (especially of mobile devices like laptops and tablets), with no data backup system in place. Flood, fire, or other natural disasters pose additional threats.
