CarMoves.com Releases New Site Design and Updated Content

Tempe, AZ, Apr 09, 2012 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- CarMoves.com, one of the oldest online providers of auto transport quotes, has released a new site design. The content on the site's blog has also been redesigned and updated.

According to CarMoves.com representatives, the site is one of the oldest auto transport domains in the industry. Though the site retains its domain age authority, CarMoves.com, according to some sources, needed a new site design to better compete with modern sites and best serve customers. The redesign focuses, for the most part, on the site's content hierarchy. For instance, the site has introduced the "auto transport resources" sidebar, which provides various hubs of information, including an international car shipping guide, car shipping rates, and car transport services. In addition, a new quote form has been implemented that makes the process of obtaining car transport quotes simpler and easier. Drop downs were designed, according to the developers, to allow visitors to easily pick the make, model and year of a vehicle. Finally, links have been provided to the site's various social media properties, including the CarMoves.com Facebook and Twitter pages.

Content updates on CarMoves.com abound. Duplicate content and excessive repetition has been condensed or removed completely. Remaining content has been organized in the hubs located in the Auto Transport Guide. In addition, car shipping company reviews have been modified with customer reviews, detailing the companies' price, helpfulness, quickness, and overall experience. Nearly forty different companies have been reviewed by CarMoves.com. "Interstate Transport Services" includes guides to shipping cars to states like Alabama, Alaska, and Texas, with all fifty US states planned in the future, site owners claim.

Site representative Andrew Keil critiqued the new changes, "Certainly, CarMoves.com needed a new site design to grab more visitors. We always want to be improving the site's content and layout to appeal to the highest number of people. In this case, I think our content management and design teams have really upped the ante. The sheer number of customer reviews that have been organized and added was the result of teamwork and extensive effort."
