STERLING, Va. --(Business Wire)--

DTECH LABS has announced general availability of its next-generation product line for a ruggedized tactical data gateway, the Wolverine Tactical, Expeditionary, Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (TXC3 and TXC4). In one small, sealed, and hardened enclosure, the Wolverine TXC3 supports VoIP, data, video, radio cross-banding, Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET) wireless, Ethernet user port expansion and "Black Core" functionality. For more robust requirements, the TXC4 supports the same capabilities with the addition of an internally integrated Application Server functionality. Supporting military, government, and first-responder organizations in heir ongoing mission to safeguard our nation's interests, DTECH LABS has the solutions.

Vehicle mounted or man carry unit, the Wolverine product line features the powerful internal Cisco (News - Alert) 5915 ESR with the TXC4 also featuring a high temperature server with removable solid-state drive hosting user specified software. The Wolverine adapts to different architecture requirements by use of small interchangeable sub-modules to support multiple configurations and varied mission specific needs.

The Wolverine TXC3 and TXC4 user sub-modules support additional Power-Over-Ethernet (PoE) enabled and managed switch ports, additional server storage up to 1 TB (TXC4 Only), Dual MANET radio wireless, or Radio Cross-banding. These feature modules allow the Wolverine to be pre-configured or reconfigured mid-mission, in response to unique or changing requirements.

"There is a genuine need for a truly ruggedized tactical data gateway that easily mounts in a variety of vehicular applications, as well as man carry scenarios, while still providing adaptability and ease of configuration depending on mission requirements," said Robert Denson, President and CEO of DTECH LABS. "The Wolverine is the next logical capability to help ensure the Government has the latest technologies at its finger tips."
