C3 Synergistics Launches Multi-Faceted Solution for Travelers

Mar 30, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- C3 Synergistics announced it is connecting travelers with businesses demonstrating a track record of success.

"Think of us as your online tour guide," said C3 President Karl Pischke. C3 Synergistics is a new Internet-based community providing consumers with information on preferred businesses as well as a platform for sharing feedback. C3 - "Connecting Consumers to Companies" - is designed to build lasting relationships between consumers and businesses.

"For businesses in the tourism industry, relationship-building is key," said Pischke. "Consumers will take numerous trips throughout their lifetime. If they have a good experience, they'll keep coming back." According to a release, businesses can join C3 for less than $1 per day. However, to earn "Preferred" status a business must meet C3 criteria focusing on honesty and accountability. C3 is planning on setting up offices at participating destinations to ensure an even swifter response to consumer issues.

The travel market is increasingly dependent on online interaction. Travelers will book one-third of the world's travel sales online by the end of this year, according to PhoCusWright's Global Online Travel Overview Second Edition report. PhoCusWright also reports that more than half of all leisure travelers and nearly three in four business travelers own a smartphone.
