D-Link announces support for Network Optix HD Witness video management platform

Mar 29, 2012 (TELECOMWORLDWIRE via COMTEX) -- Networking solutions provider D-Link announced on Thursday support for Network Optix HD Witness video management platform.

According to the company, the integration of HD Witness into D-Link professional IP cameras offers businesses a new approach to managing high definition surveillance video at any scale.

The new HD Witness platform architecture complements D-Link IP surveillance solutions, providing businesses a range of performance benefits, including expanded scalability, ease-of-use, adaptive bandwidth optimisation, efficient distributed processing, automated device discovery and configuration and streamlined implementation.

A range of D-Link IP solutions are compatible with the HD Witness, including the DCS-2210/DCS-2230, DCS-3112, DCS-3710, DCS-3716, DCS-6112/DCS-6113, DCS-6511 and DCS-7110. No pricing details were disclosed.
