M5 and SWK Technologies announce integration of M5Connect with SageCRM


Jul 12, 2011 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- M5 Networks, a provider of Voice-over-IP solutions, and SWK Technologies, Inc. have announced the integration of M5Connect Computer Telephony API, or CTI, with SageCRM solutions.

M5Connect for SageCRM joins SageCRM and the business phone for the information management and efficiency. Integrated telephony features, once only available in the call center, are accessible to all SageCRM users. The combined solution gives management a view of critical business metrics. With M5Connect for SageCRM, users can click-to-dial to start a call from within SageCRM anytime a phone number is available. Inbound screen pops are displayed to provide lead or contact information before the call is answered. Note taking is automated and analytics are available to help measure sales, support and operational success.
