Mr. Piskulick's responsibilities at GlobalEnglish will include overseeing the finance, accounting, and legal departments, as well as the internal IT and facilities organizations.

There he led a global team of 60 employees encompassing 25 different revenue platforms. Mr.

Piskulick's earlier experience includes the position of Vice President of Finance and Operations at Blackboard Inc., the global leader in enterprise e-education software and transaction system platforms, where he helped lead the company to one of the most successful technology IPOs of 2004. Mr. Piskulick is a certified public accountant.
