Kenya Data Networks launches inexpensive broadband in Kenya

Feb 08, 2010 (TELECOMWORLDWIRE via COMTEX) -- Kenya Data Networks has launched Butterfly Optic Express, a solution for medium and small businesses.

The new packages will cost KES4,000 a month for 1 Mbps of unlimited internet access. The installation, equipment fees, factors and installation charges have been waived. According to CEO Kai Wulff, the solution will enable the sending of large files, use of VOIP, downloads of videos on demand and access to Internet based streaming.

The package will come with free Butterfly e-mail addresses, e-mail domain hosting and an Izzytalk number (VOIP).
