'Het Waterschapshuis deploys NEC Philips UC app'

Feb 08, 2010 (DMEUROPE via COMTEX) -- Netherlands-based Het Waterschapshuis has implemented NEC Philips' Unified Communications application Business ConneCT on Univerge SV8300 communications server. Het Waterschapshuis is in charge of information management and operations in support of the business processes of 26 water board districts in the Netherlands. Business ConneCT offers UC features including PC-based call management, real-time voice and presence information, voicemail, phone directories, IM and advanced contact centre routing through one application. The application is currently available in seventeeen language versions and is used by organisations in countries, including Iceland, South Africa, China and Brazil.
