ASUS Bundles XCome’s XLex Bilingual Dictionary for the Eee PC 901 and 1000 Series

Taipei, Taiwan – June 4, 2008 – XCome Technology, a mobile solutions provider, announced the preload of the XLex bilingual dictionary on the ASUS Eee PC 901 and 1000 series, which was launched on June 3, 2008 and is a key news item at Computex 2008. The new model features an Intel (News - Alert)® Centrino® Atom™ processor and a larger 8.9 inch screen. Presenting the latest content from world-renowned dictionary publishers such as Longman® and Berlitz®, this three-in-one dictionary covers English to English, English to Traditional Chinese and English to Simplified Chinese with over 220,000 words and phrases in the Greater China market. For the European and Asian markets, XLex offers a bilingual dictionary of English to the following languages: German, French, Italian, Russian, Spanish, Japanese and Korean.

This latest version of the XLex bilingual dictionary software has a clean design with a more intuitive user interface.
It also offers a true-voice learning-emphasized “Text to Speech (TTS)” functionality. The “Instant Definition”
feature allows users to immediately get word definitions by simply highlighting their mouse over a word in an
article or Webpage. And finally, the convenient new Mini-mode allows the dictionary to be on when you need
to look up a word.
