Now businesses have a compelling case to use Google™ Applications in their enterprise as the Esnatech UC Solution links the office PBX into the hosted Google™ applications services for messaging, collaboration, calendaring and presence.
Unlike other free webmail and web based application services, Gmail is built on the idea that users should never have to file or delete a message, or struggle to find an email they've sent or received. Key features of Gmail include search, storage and speed. The Google™ Applications search technology, enables people to quickly search every email they've ever sent or received. Using keywords or advanced search features combined with Esnatech UC, users have full index searching capabilities for voice mail, fax messages, and recorded conversations directly from their inbox.
The Esnatech Unified Communications platform ties the Google™ hosted services to the enterprise telephony infrastructure. Users can link their office desk phone and mobile phone into Google™ Applications. When you receive an urgent email or voice mail, the Telephony Office-LinX platform will light your office telephone message light. Users can use the telephone to log into Gmail with speech and access, manage and respond to all their email, voice mail and fax messages. Office workers leveraging thin clients can simply use a browser with any OS and login to Gmail to gain access to their voice messages, faxes and recorded conversations.

Integrate Click to Dial from Google™ applications interface with the office PBX, and registered mobile devices. Users can highlight a number and call from anywhere within Google TM Applications. This will initiate for both internal and external phone calls the Telephony Office-LinX platform uses intelligent least cost routing by leveraging the office PBX for all call creations.
Import Google contacts into the Telephony office-LinX platform so users have remote access to contacts over the phone to initiate phone calls and message replies. This also leverages least cost routing rules of the office PBX.

Telephony Office-LinX is already tightly integrated with RIM Blackberry & Symbian (News - Alert) devices as well as, Microsoft Windows, Pocket PC, Mobile PC, Exchange, Office, Terminal Services and Outlook. It can be administered directly from an organization’s Microsoft Management Console or through Terminal Services over the web. Users can be managed through Active Directory and Group Policy.
