CALGARY _ Heritage Oil Ltd. (TSX:HOC) is buying into two exploration licences covering 9,300 square kilometres in Tanzania, mostly offshore. Under the deal with Petrodel Resources Ltd., Heritage can earn a 70 per cent interest in one area and 29.9 per cent of the other by funding initial exploration costs estimated at US$22.5 million to US$29.5 million.
