Continuous Computing(R) Appoints PJ Go as CEO and Randy Lunn as Chairman; Investors Reaffirm Support of the Company's Management Team and Direction

BARCELONA, Spain & SAN DIEGO --(Business Wire)-- Feb. 13, 2006 -- Continuous Computing(R) Corporation, global provider of Network Service-Ready Platforms(TM) that enable telecom equipment manufacturers to rapidly deploy converged communications, today announced that company president PJ Go has been affirmed as Continuous Computing's Chief Executive Officer by the Board of Directors. After serving as the interim CEO during the past several months, Mr. Go has formally taken the helm and will continue to lead the company to the forefront of the telecom infrastructure industry.

In related news, Randy Lunn, a founding partner of venture capital firm Palomar Ventures and one of the first institutional investors in Continuous Computing in December 1999, will now serve as Continuous Computing's Chairman of the Board. With Mr. Go and Mr. Lunn established in their leadership roles, the company's Board of Directors demonstrates a deep commitment to the company's long-term success.

"Continuous Computing marks a new era of leadership with PJ Go as CEO," said Will Griffith, board member and General Partner at Technology Crossover Ventures. "PJ has demonstrated the vision necessary to take this company to the next level and the Board stands behind him. We are confident that he will lead Continuous Computing to become one of the premier 'pure play' telecom infrastructure firms."

Mr. Go's knowledge of the company, customers, and telecom infrastructure industry will be a strong asset to the CEO position. As a co-founder of Continuous Computing and president since its inception, Mr. Go's perspective made him particularly well-suited for the role. His experience spans sales, telecom system architecture, hardware design, and executive management. Mr. Go has a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the California Institute of Technology.

"The mission of Continuous Computing is to deliver the best total solution of products and services that enhance telecom equipment manufacturers' abilities to deliver converged communications," said Mr. Go. "I am honored to have the trust and confidence of the Board, and I will continue to work closely with the management team to take advantage of the multitude of opportunities available in the 3G Wireless, Voice over IP, and IP Multimedia Subsystem markets. No other company offers our unique combination of Trillium(R) protocol software, AdvancedTCA and CompactPCI systems, and telecom professional services."

Reinforcing Mr. Go's comments, Mr. Lunn stated, "I am pleased to send employees, customers, partners, and suppliers a very clear message about Continuous Computing's future: We are here to lead, and we are here to win -- together."

Mr. Lunn is a 25-year veteran venture capitalist and the Managing Director of Palomar Ventures. He has been a strong mentor and advisor for Continuous Computing for over six years, helping guide the company from its pre-revenue days. In addition to an active venture capital career, Mr. Lunn also serves on the Board of Overseers of Dartmouth College's Thayer School of Engineering.
