Tcom&dtvro Co., Ltd. Moves to Change Name to Celrun Co., Ltd.

SEOUL, South Korea --(Business Wire)-- May 31, 2005 -- Tcom&dtvro Co., Ltd., the industry leader in IP TV STB, announced today that the Company's shareholders and board of directors approved a name change, to Celrun Co., Ltd.

"The announced Company Name Change for Tcom&dtvro Co., Ltd. affects only the name and logo. We are the same company with a new name, Celrun Co., Ltd.," CEO Young-min Kim says.

There will be no changes in the source, manufacturing process, or the primary packaging of products as a result of this change. The technical specification of products and the information provided about them will remain the same. There will, however, be some unavoidable changes in the name and logo used for certificates of data sheets and product labels.

The company will begin to ship products with the Celrun name and the new logo during June 2005. The changes will be phased in gradually throughout the year and for some time customers may continue to receive Tcom&dtvro labeled products as well as the new Celrun labeled products. However, the contents of the products, whether labeled as Tcom&dtvro or as Celrun, have not changed.

Tcom&dtvro has been successfully leveraging scale and Technology to Increase R&D Productivity; Research and Development is now 40 percent larger than in Mid-2003 and expected to grow another 10 percent this year as the company is moving into new hybrid Set-top box market to meet the market demand for DVB with IP. The company reported that the company's pipeline includes advanced products in IP TV market, including h.264 hardware decoding STB, STB with PLC modem, High Definition STB, VoIP, Video conferencing enabled STB on three different Linux, Windows CE, Windows XP platforms. Young-min Kim, CEO of Celrun Co., Ltd., described the company's significant progress in applying its new scale across a spectrum of opportunities, including early-phase HD, late-stage development h.264 box compounds in leading telcos' review and 10 ongoing projects supporting Celrun's marketed products.
