JOE BOXER Goes Mobile with Smartphones; Smartphones Announces Mobile Content Agreement with JOE BOXER

WESTPORT, Conn. & JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --(Business Wire)-- Feb. 8, 2005 -- JOE BOXER(R), already a hit among teens and young adults, now adds mobile phones to their calling. Thanks to a new agreement with Smartphones Technologies, Inc., customers will be able to download JOE BOXER images, animations and video clips to their mobile phones.

JOE BOXER and Smartphones Technologies announced an agreement to deliver licensed JOE BOXER mobile content to wireless carriers and content providers worldwide. The content will include the infamous Licky Logo, Mr. Licky(TM), The Dancing JOE BOXER Guy, and new innovative designs that can be downloaded and changed as often as you change your underwear.
