LifeTree Technology Awarded Contract with Brain Injury Center at Walter Reed Army Medical Center

TEMECULA, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- July 14, 2004 -- LifeTree Technology LLC, a member of the FFF Enterprises family of companies, has been awarded a contract by the Defense and Veterans Brain Injury Center (DVBIC) at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center to support its project, "A Randomized Placebo-Controlled Trial of Citalopram for Anxiety Disorders Following Traumatic Brain Injury." The federally funded study will be conducted at seven sites and enroll over 100 active duty military personnel and veterans affected by traumatic brain injury (TBI). The contract will remain in force through February 2007.

LifeTree's Web-based electronic data capture (EDC) platform, LifeTree ICTM 4.2, will accelerate data gathering for this multi-site clinical research project. LifeTree ICTM's advanced EDC technology will speed the study's data collection, edit checks and query resolution, while providing real-time data access and assuring uncompromising security, privacy and data integrity.
