Ontus Teams with Multi-Level Marketing Gurus; Crispin Ltd. to Direct MLM Initiative

PORTLAND, Ore. --(Business Wire)-- Dec. 1, 2004 -- Ontus Telecommunications Corp., (OTC: ONTC) an FCC licensed international and long distance telecommunications carrier, today announced that Crispin Ltd. has agreed to become an Ontus Advantage Sales Agency.

Crispin Ltd. provides marketing, consulting and financial services to clients in the multi-level marketing (MLM) and direct selling industries including Excel Communications, Vemma and Primeristar. Initially, Crispin will introduce an "a la carte" menu of attractively priced VoIP voice video, data components and services to MLM clients. The MLM client may bundle and co-brand their chosen configurations, identifying their individual merchandising, promotion and back office needs. With the Company's products, MLM clients can meet all the voice, video, and data objectives with specifications that meet their individual organizations as well as and those of independent agents. The Company's Value Added Reseller strategy provides the flexibility to scale the size of any network, while saving money on communication costs and improving communication capabilities.

The direct selling industry is made up of several global companies such as Amway, Nuskin, Avon and others that distribute $30 billion annually in products and services through network marketing or multi-level marketing in the US alone. MLM's are responsible for $80 billion annually in products and services worldwide through over 40 million independent distributors.

Paul R. Peterson, Ontus' CEO, commented "We are very excited to be working with Harrison Crispin in this initiative, and we expect to generate strong sales through many of the MLM and Direct Marketing groups that Crispin represents. We have fine tuned a VoIP offering to make it particularly attractive and simple for MLM marketing organizations to represent it to the user/client or to the potential network distributor. We expect to announce national and international master distributorships joining the Company in the coming weeks."

Harrison V. Crispin, Crispin's creative director and COO stated "This isn't rocket science. Network marketing clients use an enormous amount of traditional telephony, voice messaging, multi party conference and broadcast services. Once the MLM organizations have themselves mastered VoIP for internal use, and have literally saved hundreds of thousands of dollars in addition to having experienced a skyrocketing in communication productivity, our clients will externalize the service and produce a product to distribute down to their respective networks and down lines. It's second nature for the MLM culture to recommend a great product, service or experience. We intend to concentrate our efforts on our MLM and direct sales clients, and will generate a strong revenue stream from these clients."
