Adapt Receives Conquest Award for the Fifth Time



Adapt Telephony Services received its fifth consecutive Conquest Award for signing the most new customers during the previous 12 month award period. Adapt, which received the award from Interactive Intelligence, outshone more than 300 competitors who are also resellers for the same company.
Adapt sells the Interactive Intelligence (News - Alert) all-in-one IP communications software suite, as well as provides configuration, installation, training and support services to its joint customers. In addition to being an Interactive Intelligence Elite partner, the company is also a Microsoft (News - Alert)-certified partner.
Adapt and Interactive Intelligence jointly boasts of customers including Campus USA Credit Union, Bekins, Ceridian, Dupaco Community Credit Union, EECU, Generations Federal Credit Union, and Walgreens amongst many others.
“Adapt has helped us raise our level of customer satisfaction through its in-depth understanding of the Interactive Intelligence software and its insight into our business processes,” said Jim Fitzgerald, director of IT at Illinois-based Bekins, an Adapt customer since 2004.
