ethosIQ and CTI Architects Close Merger Deal



ethosIQ, LLC, the makers of the Customer Engagement Platform, and CTI (News - Alert) Architects, specialists in call center software solutions, reportedly sealed a merger agreement.

The merger is expected to improve the combined efficiency of the companies and enhance the quality of the products offered by both the companies. By joining force, the companies will also be able to increase their combined market share.

In a press release, the officials with the company revealed that the integration of both companies will take place over the next quarter. The merged companies will operate under the name of ethosIQ, LLC.

Houston based ethosIQ is a full service Business Process Accelerator (BPA) provider with offices throughout the US and Canada. ethosIQ architects and implements enterprise based solutions for the Fortune 1000 companies. Through the merger with Carson City, Nevada based CTI Architects, ethosIQ’s expects to strengthen its presence in the call center market. ethosIQ will leverage CTI Architects’ product suites to better provide for its customers.

CTI Architects are focused on delivering product offerings to fill technology gaps in the heterogeneous contact center market. The company claims that its products ensure that different systems work well together, resulting in lower costs, better customer experiences and better management information. Through the merger, CTI Architects expects to strengthen its current set of software solutions catering to call centers needs.

“The combination of CTI Architects with our Customer Engagement Platform will provide our clients with economy of scale. This partnership is also expected to result in greater efficiencies and significantly increase our market share,” CEO and Managing Partner of ethosIQ Scott Walker explained in a statement.

“We feel strongly that joining forces with ethosIQ will allow us to realize our strategic goals. Together we have well over 100 customers,” Managing Partner of  CTI Architects Steve Langley commented.

A few months back, Mobile platform provider Unwired Nation announced the addition of ethosIQ to its roster of certified mobile solutions providers. ethosIQ was to leverage Unwired Nation’s Kinita platform and services to address huge opportunities for mobile applications in a number of enterprise verticals, including field service organizations, financial service companies and utilities.
