Whaleback Augments its CrystalBlue Partner Program



Whaleback Systems (News - Alert) announced that it has enhanced its CrystalBlue Partner Program, a channel partner program that enables carriers, value-added resellers (VARs) and sales agents to sell Whaleback end-to-end cloud-based managed voice services to small and medium size enterprises.

Specializing in managed voice services Whaleback has enhanced the CrystalBlue Partner Program to further expand its reseller partnerships in the United States, said company sources.

The improvements to the program include a more robust feature set including mobility solutions like “find-me-follow-me” options with time of day routing; contact center solutions to route callers to the right queue, with the right priority and Unified Communications (News - Alert) solutions with presence capabilities.

The new flexible quote tools have been designed to suit both unlimited and “a la carte” usage plans to match customer needs. The augmented marketing programs include solution-based vertical market programs that are especially designed to drive lead generation and increase reference selling, added officials in a release.

The company’s cloud-based managed voice services help small and medium-sized enterprises to enhance productivity and reduce operational and capital expenses through flexible, feature-rich Voice-over-IP calling packages, proactive centralized around-the-clock monitoring and management and optimum customer service.

Whaleback sources added that the CrystalBlue Managed Voice Services help businesses to overcome problems relating to expenses and the feature limitations of hosted VoIP services. It also helps them install and manage their own IP PBX (News - Alert) systems.

The CrystalBlue Partner Program offers channel programs and packages that are suitable for partners like enterprise cloud and voice managed service providers (MSPs), telecom carriers, interconnect companies, telecom and datacom VARs, IT services firms, network systems integrators and sales agents.

According to officials, partners will receive upfront and annuity revenue plans that meet a variety of channel partner profiles; go-to-market programs that include leads, marketing tools, and sales support and competitive managed voice solution offers combined with less  installation and support requirements owing to centralized management and monitoring.

Recently Whaleback officials announced that H2 Telecom Consultants has become an authorized reseller for the company. H2 Telecom offers Whaleback’s managed voice services to small and medium enterprises to provide end-to-end, business-class voice services.
