Air2Web recently signed an agreement with SAS, a leader in business analytics software and services, which will result in the merging of customer intelligence with the interactive mobile potential. The global partnership will ensure seamless integration of Air2Web AirCARE platform with SAS services. Using the integrated solution, enterprises can now develop tailored mobile campaigns and customer service application to provide more personalized and relevant customer interactions.

SAS’s customer intelligence and analytics merged with Air2Web integrated mobile solutions will make mobile devices more intelligent and the easy availability of relevant customer data will ensure personalized communication. The intelligence extended to mobile device will reduce cost, generate more revenue and ensure enhanced customer experience among SAS’s enterprise customers. “The explosion of rich mobile devices such as Smartphones and tablet PCs enables marketers to communicate with a level of engagement and intimacy -- controlled by the consumer -- that no other channel can deliver,” said Andy Bober, SAS Director, Customer Intelligence Product Management. “By delivering relevant information directly to the end customer, SAS and Air2Web present brands with endless possibilities.”

The analyst firm CCS Insights reported that there was an estimate of over five billion mobile connections worldwide. In the year 2009, CTIA noted that there were more than 4.5 trillion text messages sent globally. SMS services provide instantaneous access between end-to-end consumers and also helps reduce call-center-based customer care operation cost. Text-based solution that cost pennies are a cost-effective option compared to call based solution which can cost as high as $8 per call, thus providing call centers with million of dollars savings.

According to Tom Cotney, president and CEO of Air2Web, “Mobile has the potential to deliver on the promise of one-to-one marketing and translate to far higher conversion rates of communication to sales than any other channel.” He further added that the company’s partnership with SAS has enabled them to deploy an unmatched solution in the marketplace. The unique combination of SAS’s powerful intelligence and Air2Webs best-in-class mobile solutions will help strengthen the connection between the enterprise and their customers.
