Redknee Expands Presence in EMEA and Americas Regions

Redknee, a provider of business-critical billing and charging software and solutions for communications service providers, announced the signing of a multi-year services contract with a leading EMEA operator to provide on-the-ground support as the communications service provider continues to launch advanced telecoms services to its subscribers.


By signing the services contracts, Redknee has effectively reinforced their position as the partner of choice for both long-term customers for their converged customer care and billing needs.

The signed agreement comes in addition to multi-million dollar services and upgrades contract that Redknee has also signed in the Americas region.

In order to leverage their global expertise and to cope with exponential data growth and increased competition, operators are rolling out next generation networks by partnering with experienced solution and services providers, such as Redknee.

Redknee’s services provide on-the-ground product marketing, strategic positioning, design, implementation and operational expertise to operators who are looking to maximize the return on their investment as quickly as possible.

Lucas Skoczkowski, Redknee's chief executive, said that the Redknee services’ offering is a strengthening of their commitment when it comes to supporting and enhancing their customers’ business. He added that as the company expands its market share across the globe, the broad range of services offered directly and in conjunction with their partners, provided customers with not only the benefits of award winning real-time monetization of products, but also access to global experience and expertise.

Skoczkowski also said that the signing of these new services contracts was proof of Redknee's successful strategy to continue with investment in solutions that serve the global wireless markets to support the success of customers and the execution of growth strategy.
