Sutus, InGenius Partner To Offer Sutus Connector

Small businesses need every edge they can get and that includes with employing efficient call handling to rapidly connect with customers. SUTUS has teamed up with InGenius, specialists in telephony software and software engineering to offer the Sutus Connector to provide just that. This PC application, says SUTUS "effectively closes the service gap for small business with intelligent call handling features that save time and money by harnessing the robust search and management capabilities of other common office applications." SUTUS is the maker of SUTUS Business Central, a device that "houses all the IT and communications needs for the small business, franchise, or branch office."

 
The Sutus Connector lets employees access their Polycom phone directly from the Windows taskbar of their own PC workstation. With this new feature, Sutus and InGenius are giving small business the ability to leverage Microsoft, Google, and their Polycom phones, "in a time-saving, cost-effective way."
 
The Sutus Connector grants employees access to immediate, direct links to customers and other key contacts. The features include click-to-dial, caller Line ID pop-up prompts and Microsoft Search. The application also simplifies traditional search and call procedures. For the small business employee, it means less time navigating contact details, and more time engaging actual clients and prospects.
 
The collaboration also shows the benefits of advanced communications technology: the likes of which these firms want to bring to small companies as they are at the near-opposite ends of Canada. SUTUS is based in Burnaby, British Columbia, a city that is part of the Metro Vancouver region while InGenius is headquartered in Kanata, a community that is part of the city of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada's capital.
