Sybase Analytics Hosted Service for Messaging Traffic Analysis

Sybase, Inc. subsidiary Sybase 365 has announced Sybase Operator Analytics 365, a new hosted service for messaging traffic analysis.


The service is powered by the company’s robust column-based analytics server, Sybase IQ 15.1, and combined with the company’s unrivalled global messaging reach.

Dubbed “the first of its kind” in the industry, Sybase Operator Analytics 365 offers a blend of ease-of-use and efficiency. It allows mobile operators to run deep analytics on their messaging traffic. This way they can get their hands on critical data for taking timely decisions on customer service.

Sybase Operator Analytics 365 provides a wide range of reports including message traffic, network utilization, performance indicators and quality of service testing. Mobile operators can analyze the message traffic sent across the Sybase 365 global network to monitor key network components. This in turn allows them to provision their network to better serve traffic spikes and lets users view performance trends, analyze system history and track error messages in order to more effectively diagnose message delivery issues and troubleshoot problems.

Sybase Operator Analytics 365 also boast an intuitive point-and-click interface powered by MicroStrategy Incorporated MicroStrategy 8 business intelligence software.
