AMS Launches PromptEZ to Enable Effective Customer Communications

March 15, 2010

A new software application called PromptEZ has been introduced by Audio Messaging Solutions, LLC, a provider of telephone on-hold messaging services.

With Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express systems that are compatible with ManageExpress iManage, the program enables automated and customized message delivery. AMS, with this technology, can direct on hold and auto attendant content across multiple locations at national, regional and individual sites, all from one secure Web portal.

AMS partnered with California-based ArcanaNetworks, Inc., a technology developer that provides secure, Web-based management of CUCME across distributed sites, to create the program.

Both the team worked in close proximity to design PromptEZ to enable effective customer communications and also to provide a technical solution for clients who distribute unique voice content throughout their network.

“Providing individual greetings on a per store, per system level has always been a tedious process, because clients’ IT teams are primarily responsible for executing the message delivery,” Mitchell S. Keller, President of AMS, explained.

“By expanding our services to include PromptEZ, we ‘bridge the gap’ and remove this time-consuming, labor-intensive task. Now businesses can focus on other resources, saving both time and money.”

In other technology related news, uVuMobile, Inc., a mobility solutions and content aggregator has announced that they are collaborating with and building a number of mobile applications for Sonic Solutions.
