QlikView Analytics Provides Point and Click Analysis to Salesforce CRM Users

QlikTech’s QlikView analytics provides point and click analysis to Salesforce CRM users. A fast growing business intelligence company, QlikTech’s QlikView product delivers instant business answers.

A new business tool, QlikView is easy to use and delivers value in record time by giving  users control for the first time by enabling them to easily slice and dice all their data without limits. In addition, QlikView is the only BI offering that can be deployed on premise, in the cloud, or on a laptop or mobile device from a single user to the largest global enterprise.

This year, QlikTech implemented Salesforce CRM with embedded QlikView analytics for its sales, marketing and customer service employees throughout the world. The company will also be releasing a Salesforce/QlikView PRM solution for its global partner network in the near future.

According to Joe Francis, QlikTech's vice president of Global Sales Operations, Salesforce CRM improves sales effectiveness and collaboration across CRM functions, but not at analytics and integrating data from other systems. QlikView adds value by making all the critical information in Salesforce CRM actionable. QlikTech is able to save time and money using QlikView to integrate and analyze data from Salesforce CRM and its Navision – Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics – system.

QlikView provides point and click analysis to Salesforce CRM users for immediate visibility into sales pipelines, sales performance by any dimension, customer profiling, customer and product profitability, sales trending, marketing campaign target selection, campaign performance tracking, predictive analytics and what-if scenarios.

It is also possible to combine Salesforce CRM data for analysis with data from external systems like other SaaS (News - Alert) solutions, on-premise systems and third-party databases in place of data gathering and downloading to spreadsheets.

According to Graham Carter, IT director at secure network infrastructure company SonicWALL, QlikView has completely eliminated its obstacle of having to synthesize data from multiple sources like Oracle (News - Alert), Siebel and Salesforce CRM. With QlikView, SonicWALL is able to provide every function within the company the detailed or top-line views of data they need in a self-service model.

The demand for QlikView among Salesforce users is building from QlikView for Salesforce listing on the Force.com AppExchange and also from companies that deployed QlikView for another business function like executive dashboards for business performance management or in finance, supply chain management, manufacturing, IT and others.
