Kadient Sales Playbooks Now Adds Oracle CRM On Demand

Kadient, a provider of on-demand sales enablement platform, reportedly announced that its Sales Playbooks now fully integrates with Oracle Customer Relationship Management or CRM System.

With this announcement, Kadient official also said that sales teams who use Oracle (News - Alert) CRM On Demand can now benefit from Kadient's embedded Sales Playbooks, with complete access to situation-specific sales playbooks that provide the content, coaching and tools proven to move deals through the pipeline.

Oracle CRM On Demand is said to be an easy-to-use subscription-based CRM for sales, service, marketing, and contact-center operations.

Reportedly, Kadient added Sales Playbooks to its sales enablement suite in early 2009 as an application for Salesforce.com (News - Alert) users. Kadient's Sales Playbooks are situational, concise, buyer-focused, opportunity specific, and dynamic capable of delivering salespeople with the coaching and guidance they need to advance and win deals in complex B2B selling environments. Moreover, it is said to bring together sales activities, content, tools, and coaching with the customer’s buying cycle.

Since the release, multiple companies have embraced Sales Playbooks as a time-saver and a highly effective way to drive repeatability across a sales organization, said the company official.

“Integrating with Oracle CRM On Demand is an exciting milestone for Kadient that extends our ability to impact productivity in sales organizations,” said Brian Zanghi, CEO at Kadient, in a statement. “With this addition, Kadient is now a cross-platform solution, embracing the top two CRM systems in the market today. Our goal is to become the workbench that salespeople rely on to close more business.”

With Kadient's full integration with Oracle CRM On Demand, embedded Sales Playbooks are recommended based on data within the system, such as industry, revenue, or product, giving reps quick and easy access to the best knowledge available for the deals they are working.

With this flexibility now, sales representatives who use Sales Playbooks, will have the facility of their valuable data getting recorded and accessed through Oracle CRM On Demand's reporting platform. Sales Playbook and CRM data is combined to provide sales management with a whole new view about selling and enable the sales reps to see shorter sales cycles, faster ramp up, and increased sales productivity.

Recently Oracle had launched CRM On Demand Release 16, the latest release of Oracle’s on demand CRM service that further positions Oracle's commitment to CRM innovation. The new release is said to introduce advanced customization capabilities, new partner relationship management capabilities, and a hosted single tenant standard edition enabling organizations to effectively and flexibly extend their applications and CRM system to meet unique business requirements.
