REACH Air Medical Services Selects SprintPack Services from Bluewolf

REACH Air Medical Services, a provider of air medical transport services, has chosen Bluewolf's new cloud service offering, SprintPack, to deploy their salesforce.com solutions. REACH Air Medical Services will be deploying Force.com Sites to automate membership renewals.

Bluewolf's "SprintPack" services help a company to develop the on-demand solutions it needs to drive the business forward. BluewolfConnect for Salesforce CRM Ideas allows a company to harness the power of communities by improving the management of customer feedback gathered using Salesforce Ideas.

With SprintPack, companies can quickly and economically develop solutions on the Force.com platform. Bluewolf's SprintPack working models or 'proof of concepts,' and full deployment of Force.com applications as it is a series of three programs that focus on strategy and vision. According to Bluewolf, REACH selected the company to move their organization into the 21st century.

“Force.com Sites makes Salesforce that much more sticky for our clients," said Len Couture, managing director, CIO practice, Bluewolf, in a release. "Salesforce.com (News - Alert) is not just for CRM anymore. With Force.com Sites, businesses can now extend their solutions externally, and we are seeing tons of interest from our client base around how they can leverage Force.com Sites with customer portal, PRM and CRM.”

Earlier, many of REACH's business processes were managed manually via spreadsheets and through outdated, homegrown systems, claims Bluewolf. Looking to build a new membership site on Force.com Sites, the company turned to Bluewolf.

Now, using Salesforce.com's database, integration, workflow and approval rules; the company can holistically manage the membership life-cycle. REACH Air Medical Services expects to leverage cloud computing for business innovation, efficiency and success with Salesforce.com's innovative Force.com Free Edition and Bluewolf's SprintPack program.

In October last year, the company launched its "Integration-as-a-Service" solution, which ensures the success of integrations between Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) solutions (e.g. Big Machines, OpenAir, Salesforce.com, eAutomate) and back office systems (e.g. SAP,  Great Plains, SQL Server, Oracle.

Bluewolf’s solution includes a dashboard through which it can remotely monitor integration jobs and thus proactively alert customers of any integration issues as well as assist customers in solving the same.
