BSI Selects Xactly for Sales Performance Management

BSI Management Systems America, Inc., a global independent business services organization, has reportedly selected Xactly Corporation’s suite of software-as-a-service (SaaS) sales performance management applications to improve its sales-compensation program and help increase overall sales performance.


BSI Management Systems will also adopt complementary modules from Xactly for modeling, analytics, data management and connectivity. Xactly was selected for its other available options -- for its pure SaaS model, rich analytics, multi-currency support and deep integration with the SalesforceCRM application.

Amy L. Holtz, vice president of human resources, BSI Management Systems America, said in a release that replacing the company’s current spreadsheet-based process for incentive compensation with Xactly's sales performance management solutions will help it to motivate strategic selling behavior across company’s North and South American sales team.

Officials at Xactly say the new sales performance management (SPM) application was built to automate all aspects of administering, tracking, reporting and analyzing sales performance. It includes functionality for incentive compensation management, quota and territory management, modeling and analysis, non-cash rewards, price management, and forecast and planning. Overall, the solution helps companies optimize the effectiveness of sales and drive profits, according to the company.

"The management of incentive compensation through spreadsheets and manual procedures remains one of the biggest roadblocks to optimizing sales performance," said Karen Steele, senior vice president of marketing, Xactly, in a release.

Steele continued: "These legacy methods lack accuracy, scalability and visibility, and have no provision for effective analytics. In contrast, Xactly provides end-to-end, SaaS-based automation and real-time, Web-based visibility across the compensation-management process, coupled with upfront modeling of compensation plans and plan changes and the ability to analyze rich post-sales data to fine-tune a sales organization's performance."

The Xactly family of products is used by sales and finance executives, compensation analysts, sales operations and sales professionals across a variety of industries, ranging from SMBs to large enterprises.
